As the Global Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for designing and deploying strategies that increase engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and leader effectiveness across our global sites and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive organizational design and enable future headcount growth
  • Guide HR and managers in assessing and developing talent to ensure a strong succession pipeline
  • Analyze organizational structures, capabilities, processes, and relationships to increase organizational effectiveness
  • Advising internal clients on the design of employee surveys to ensure best-practice design is followed
  • Meet with project teams to deliver fit-for-purpose onboarding programs and hold them accountable for progress
  • Advising peers on how to incorporate insights from employee surveys into process redesign
  • Write communications to managers on building team resilience and maintaining wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 12+ years of professional working experience in HR, including 8+ years of progressive experience delivering and implementing talent management initiatives and programs
  • Experience guiding organizational change programs across countries and cultures
  • Expertise in organizational effectiveness
  • Experience designing solutions for employees who are not at a desk
  • Strong executive presence and track record of cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional partners and executive leaders
