Job Title: Sales Advisor, Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at ARKET in Warsaw, Poland. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom management, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
  • Implement sales and commercial actions in the stockroom, including sticker sales and stock-take preparation.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Experience in operations and RFID is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English or Polish is required.
