About the Role

We are seeking a talented sales advisor to join our team at Clinique. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the team to ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail industry experience is desirable, particularly within the beauty sector.
