Technical Support Specialist with English Communication Skills

As a future member of our Service Desk team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your English language skills in a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and resolve technical issues for clients in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients via telephone, chat, and email in English.
- Use and improve your English language skills daily in a work environment.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve technical issues for clients to meet business and customer requirements.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your professional profile.
- Learn and develop IT knowledge.
- Work in a stable work environment with flexible scheduling.
- Be part of a friendly and safe work atmosphere where people matter.
Requirements
- You should be fluent in English.
- You should have proven experience in IT support, customer support, and helpdesk in a Service Desk environment.
- You should possess excellent customer service skills.
- You should know how to ask the right questions to reach the core of an issue.
- You should have outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- You should enjoy working as part of a team.
- You should be willing to work on-site in Cracow (100% office).
