Job Opportunity

As a future member of our Service Desk team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your English language skills in a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and resolve technical issues for clients in English.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with international clients via telephone, chat, and email in English.
  2. Use and improve your English language skills daily in a work environment.
  3. Provide technical assistance and resolve technical issues for clients to meet business and customer requirements.
  4. Participate in training programs to enhance your professional profile.
  5. Learn and develop IT knowledge.
  6. Work in a stable work environment with flexible scheduling.
  7. Be part of a friendly and safe work atmosphere where people matter.

Requirements
  1. You should be fluent in English.
  2. You should have proven experience in IT support, customer support, and helpdesk in a Service Desk environment.
  3. You should possess excellent customer service skills.
  4. You should know how to ask the right questions to reach the core of an issue.
  5. You should have outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  6. You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. You should enjoy working as part of a team.
  8. You should be willing to work on-site in Cracow (100% office).
