Account Manager Role in Eastern Europe



At Analog Devices, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales revenue and expand our customer base in Eastern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the semiconductor market and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English language.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week.
