We're on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Wroclaw As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for providing essential second-level technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations for our organization.
Your Responsibilities- You will work closely with our Sea/Air Logistics Team to find the best technical and functional solution for new feature requests and improvements.
- Develop and maintain our mission-critical SALOG application.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing code, ensuring a smooth transition during our tech stack migration project.
- Conduct development tests, code reviews, and create unit tests and examinations.
- Participate in system maintenance, support of application rollouts and operations as a part of the development support team.
- You have a computer science or similar qualification.
- Experience with development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, Git and Jenkins.
- Strong expertise in Java and JUnit. Knowledge of Spring, JPA/Hibernate and SQL technologies is a plus.
- Frontend development experience with Angular would be an advantage.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication as well as collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills, innovative and creative approach.
- Highly self-motivated, directed, detail-oriented and result-driven personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
