Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Manager who will build and maintain excellent relationships with our strategic clients, help them expand their accounts, and create joint value to drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound leads across international markets to drive account growth
  • Identify client needs and develop strategies to expand their accounts
  • Nurture long-term client relationships with proactive upselling
  • Negotiate competitive rates to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance high-quality traffic acquisition
  • Partner with customer service to improve client satisfaction and increase lifetime value (LTV)
  • Analyze competitors' offerings to refine and strengthen our sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with HubSpot and Notion
  • Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to driving results
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
  • Dependability and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to craft engaging narratives and present product value
  • Passion for making a meaningful impact across industries
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and support team members
  • Dedication to building a positive company reputation
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level
