Strategic Account Manager

This mid-senior level position involves managing a portfolio of customers who have implemented our technology solutions. The successful candidate will focus on increasing product usage and overall adoption by collaborating with internal teams and negotiating contracts.
Job Functions:- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of customers to increase product usage and overall adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on account strategies and objectives.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the contract renewal process.
- Customer Engagement: Develop engagement strategies to inform customers about product updates, enhancements, and best practices.
- Up to 3 years of experience working with customers.
- Fluent English and German is a must.
- Client-focused attitude — a customer advocate.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written are a must.
- Previous direct experience and demonstrated comfort in interacting with Senior Management will be a plus.
- Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
- Understanding of packaged application software implementation practices.
- Strong analytical skills.
