Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Delivery Professional to join our team. As a Client Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external clients to resolve outstanding issues and respond to client inquiries via email, mail, or telephone.
- Utilize multiple applications and technological solutions to complete daily tasks and assist team members with resolving queries or issues.
- Participate in team-based activities, including team meetings, group projects, and initiatives. Once fully trained, tasks may include mentoring peers and acting as a subject matter expert on applications, policy, and procedures.
- Apply creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Develop strong subject-matter knowledge and provide expertise to the leadership team during various projects and queue management.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing tasks, and communicate progress, challenges, and results.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken French.
- Strong track record of past performance in terms of productivity and quality results.
- Ability to manage priorities, communicate progress, and thrive under pressure.
- Constant willingness to expand knowledge and understanding of the functions handled, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for clients.
- Ability to apply existing procedures, experience, and knowledge to address a wide scope of client requests, including those of higher complexity.
- Effective communication within and outside the functional team.
- Availability to work from 08:00 am – 18:00 CET.
