About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Services Representative to join our team at Newell Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers who use our products.
- Respond to consumer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Utilize knowledge of our diverse product portfolio to ensure accurate information is communicated to consumers.
- Seek solutions to unusual queries or requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Document consumer information and case management in designated systems for future reference.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian and English language skills (C1/B2) for spoken and written communication.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with consumers.
- Outgoing and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in user support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including Salesforce, SAP, and Bazaarvoice.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, including rapport-building and listening.
