About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fintech Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Poznan office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced metric-driven environment.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of proficiency in English. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of our virtual team, providing top-notch customer service to our U.S. clients via inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via inbound calls, utilizing automatic call distribution systems, multiple transfer agent systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work from home or the Poznan office, with a flexible schedule (Monday through Friday) after completion of training.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on financial regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, including multitasking, troubleshooting, and navigating various systems.
  • Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently as part of a virtual team.
