As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, resolving issues promptly, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our SAP system, ensuring timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer data and pricing information in SAP, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Liaise with Sales, Order Fulfillment, and Production teams to ensure efficient and effective order processing.
  • Pursue business opportunities by promoting product offerings and soliciting orders, as directed by Sales.
  • Confirm quotations, reviewing all information and promoting a complete package of Grace Products.
  • Distribute updated product information and material safety data sheets to customers on request.
  • Receive and log customer complaints/problems, taking ownership of the situation and liaising with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Process credit/debit notes for bonuses, claims, agent commissions, etc.
  • Coordinate returns from customers or local warehouses.
  • Manage customer consignment stocks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Grace policies and procedures, including SOx, ISO, and Safety regulations.
  • Follow credit limit and collection procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly professional and service-oriented telephone manner, with ability to liaise with customers and employees at all levels.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible individual who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
