The Loss Prevention Manager plays a vital role in driving profitability and ensuring compliance across 21 countries in East Europe. This position requires an inspirational leader who can create and follow up on results, communicate effectively with people at all levels, and contribute to the company's meaningful growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement improvements of loss prevention strategy for 21 countries.
  • Monitor, follow up, and drive improvements in the loss prevention sections of audits.
  • Lead, develop, and secure the right knowledge, competencies, and deliverables within your team.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with the loss prevention policy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance an active loss prevention culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensure all loss prevention tools are utilized to their full potential and that goals/targets are met.
  • Develop tools and perform thorough analysis of all aspects of LP that will lead to Data Driven Decision.
  • Support your team in executing fraud investigations as needed.
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Ensure LP analytics and KPIs around business initiatives are fulfilled.
