About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payment Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GR8 Tech. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and launch new payment methods, features, and projects;
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations, transactions, and product features;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new payment solutions;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for payment projects and merchants;
  • Design and implement alert rules in our microservice application Prometheus.
Requirements
  • Higher education;
  • Basic knowledge of English;
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in the online payment industry;
  • Technical expertise in transaction flow and payments integrations;
  • Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex technical issues;
  • Able to multitask effectively and absorb information quickly.
