We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Operations Specialist at Fortive Corporate. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing and resolving matters related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employee-related concerns using various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and payroll inputs.
  • Process employee transactions, such as changes in employment status, salary adjustments, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
  • Continuously improve employee support processes and knowledge bases through feedback analysis, identifying areas for enhancement, and providing recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Ensure employee records are accurately maintained in digital formats, reflecting any changes in employment, such as promotions, increases, or benefits deductions, in accordance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
  • Manage internal and external databases containing employee information.

  • Collaboration and teamwork, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and support.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience supporting the Middle East region.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration processes, regulations, and familiarity with human capital management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English; preferred language capabilities: Arabic, German, Dutch, French, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.
