About this Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Workforce Admin team as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting HR operational processes for various countries, including organization management, worker data management, benefits registration and collection, global mobility, time management, leave of absence and documentation management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  2. Works independently with general supervision, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills
  3. Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday for the Danish market
  4. Collaborates closely with Contact Center and Talent Acquisition agents to ensure smooth task handover and provide timely and accurate HR information
  5. Supports benefits enrollment processes, verifying employee benefit selections and addressing basic inquiries
  6. Collaborates with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information
  7. Assists in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and local policies, ensuring documentation and reporting meet legal requirements
  8. Organizes and maintains HR documents, files, ensuring confidentiality and data security
  9. Contributes to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, program implementations, and employee engagement activities
  10. Provides exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  11. Can influence others within their job area by explaining facts, policies, and practices
  12. Supports senior colleagues in performing data quality checks in Workday and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a related role
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office / Google Workspace applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and Danish
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Collaborative team player with a customer service mindset
  • Basic understanding of HR regulations and compliance
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for collaboration and participates in skill-sharing opportunities
  • Defines clear expectations for themselves and others, taking responsibility for results
