We are seeking an experienced Live Operations Manager to join our team at Just Eat Takeaway. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to new heights and work with a global food delivery powerhouse.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents in ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will be the operational point of contact for the agents, guiding them towards process improvements and providing continuous feedback.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, appraise and coach agents within the team;
  • Conduct performance reviews for the agents and provide ongoing feedback;
  • Support agents in resolving complex situations;
  • Continuously monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Initiate and implement process improvements by collaborating with stakeholders;
  • Regularly consult with other supervisors and international stakeholders;
  • Manage internal projects.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong coaching style with a down-to-earth attitude;
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide logistical insights;
  • The capacity to identify improvements and implement changes;
  • The ability to connect with and understand the needs of your team;
  • Fostering cross-departmental collaboration;
  • Adaptability and flexibility in following procedures and adapting to changing circumstances;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role in an operational environment, managing and improving KPIs;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred;
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Live Operations roles, such as the Live Ops agent position, is a plus.
