About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product offerings and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchants, CX, Technology, and Product departments, to develop and optimize solutions for adding offers via Flat Files (Excel, CSV) and other input streams.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
  • Design and implement changes based on A/B testing and data analysis to enhance the quality of listings and improve merchants' experience
  • Develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Merchant Business Teams to identify opportunities to improve merchant experience and product KPIs

You will be responsible for shaping vision and strategy for new ways of adding offers, prioritizing product excellence, and ensuring that offers and products meet high standards of quality.
