About the Role
As an E-Commerce Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential strategic partners in the e-commerce and technology sectors. You will negotiate terms and close deals that align with our strategic objectives and contribute to our growth. Your expertise in managing and optimizing existing partnerships will ensure mutual value and alignment with business goals. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams will enable you to coordinate partnership strategies and execution effectively. Performance monitoring and reporting on partnership performance will help adjust strategies to maximize impact. Industry representation at various events and conferences will boost brand visibility and forge new connections.
Responsibilities

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in partnership management or business development, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is also essential. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex partnerships are key attributes for success in this role. Additional skills include excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
