We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at TeamQuest Sp. z o.o. in Krakow, Poznan, or Warsaw. As a Sales Growth Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone and email, participating in internal product meetings, and building relationships with sales experts, directors, CFOs, IT specialists, and CEOs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients to discuss our comprehensive customer service solutions
  • Participating in internal product meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German at a minimum level of C1
  • Proficiency in English at a level of B2/C1
  • Enthusiastic approach to sales and openness in customer contact and service
  • Willingness to visit the office in Krakow once a month for 3 days
  • Proactiveness and eagerness to learn
