About the Role

We are seeking a skilled High-End Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in high-level customer support for security technologies;
  • Technical knowledge equivalent to CCNP level, with demonstrable experience in security;
  • Working experience with VPN on different products, such as Cisco Router and Firewalls – ASA/FTD;
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Site2Site, DMVPN, IPsec, FlexVPN / IKE, RAVPN, GETVPN;
  • Experience with using Wireshark to analyze captures for troubleshooting;
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.
