Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service to our customers.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: via email, phone, fax, or system, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.\
  • Order processing: entering orders into relevant customer service systems, ensuring seamless order management and fulfillment.\
  • Service administration: managing customer service processes, including complaint handling and billing inquiries.\
  • General administration: maintaining customer files and sales contracts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.\
  • Working according to documented process: adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery.\
  • Actively participating in process assessment and improvement: identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance customer support.\
  • Providing ad-hoc support: assisting internal and external stakeholders with their queries and concerns.\
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues: using problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.\
  • Developing preventive actions: taking proactive steps to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.\
  • Performing other tasks as requested by the manager: undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as required to achieve team objectives and company goals.\
  • Requirements:\

    • Fluent English language skills: achieving at least CEFR C1 level in English language proficiency.\
    • Language skills: fluent in one of the following service languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.\
    • Cultural understanding: having a good understanding of the culture of the serviced region.\
    • Previous experience: previous experience in customer services is preferred but not essential.\
    • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience.\
