Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Payroll Support Specialist to join our team at Goldman Recruitment.

Job Summary:

This role combines customer service, payroll, and administrative support responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication with clients and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer and client data within CRM and payroll software.
  • Advise clients via email, online chat, and phone on service queries.
  • Interact closely with other internal teams regarding customer information.
  • Process and review compliance checks surrounding ID and Right to Work.
  • Administer contracts and subsequent queries.
  • Advise on government legislations surrounding temporary worker rights and contracting.
  • Handle detailed queries in relation to employment contracts.
  • Perform advanced reporting for database management and data quality.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in data administration.
  • Ability to communicate well with customers in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Accurate and timely working ability.
  • Good team player.
Offer:
  • Full-time work from 9:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break included.
  • Employment contract with a 3-month probation period.
  • Monday to Friday working week.
  • Hybrid working (2 days from home per week) upon completion of training and competence.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
