Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IoT Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge IoT solutions to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Optimize IoT Solutions: Collaborate with clients to implement and test Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Provide Advanced Technical Support: Resolve escalated issues and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing expert guidance to clients on best practices for IoT system deployment and optimization.
  • Maintain Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting workflows, and customer-specific procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical support or system engineering role, with a strong focus on IoT technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including log analysis, script execution, and CLI tooling.
  • A strong understanding of networking protocols and principles, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP, and PKI.
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting in complex multi-server architectures.
  • Fluency in English and excellent technical communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
