About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist with German Language Skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest process quality and building a positive corporate image.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting German-speaking business customers in solving problems related to the placement of their products on a well-known shopping platform, building a positive corporate image, and ensuring the highest process quality.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent German language skills at a minimum B2 level, very good knowledge of English to at least B2 level, and excellent computer skills. You should also have strong communication skills, including empathy, assertiveness, active listening, commitment to solving customer issues, and clear expression.
