We are seeking an experienced Event Programs Manager to join our team at Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Cracow.

About the Position
  • This Event Programs Manager role involves managing event requests, input needs, and driving effective engagements to meet customer and business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Go-To-Marketing Event Calendar for the region, ensuring alignment with regional plans.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating with the Local Marketing Team to plan, consolidate, and communicate on live, virtual, and on-demand events.
  • The Event Programs Manager will manage projects from A to Z for defined events, collaborating with internal teams to define requirements, set expectations, and ensure seamless communication from engagement inception to delivery and follow-up.
  • This position requires tracking success metrics and generating reports to measure event impact, utilizing a demand generation approach and lead management knowledge.
  • The Event Programs Manager will ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements by working with the Global Strategic Event Team.
  • This role manages event-related processes, including event websites, agendas, registration, invitations, email communications, promotion, follow-up, lead tracking, and brand engagement.
  • The Event Programs Manager will utilize the CVENT Registration Platform to create and manage event registrations.
  • This role leads our Client's participation at select third-party industry events where our Client is an Event Sponsor.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Event Management experience in a global company.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to adopt different event tools as needed.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with high organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, collaborating across functions and locations.
  • Experience with event tools such as Cvent, MS Office, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work in a complex, policy-driven environment while handling multiple projects.
  • Financial and compliance expertise related to events.
  • Language: English (required) & another Pan-European language (preferred).
