About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join Piwik PRO as a Business Development Manager and drive business growth and revenue attainment through effective sales strategies and product knowledge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and identifying client needs. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets
* Generate new sales opportunities using existing contacts and networks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Identify and analyze client needs, advising on product functionalities and use cases
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing collateral

Requirements
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (C1 level)
* Proficiency in CRM systems and experience working with marketing teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
