About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Executive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Warsaw.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-level business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks, including expense reports and visa applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of experience in executive/administrative assistance or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
