About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Executive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Warsaw.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-level business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks, including expense reports and visa applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in executive/administrative assistance or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
