We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator with English language skills to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English language (C1 level or higher)
