We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead our market entry efforts in Poland and position Assystem as a key player in the region.

This is an outstanding opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic market development, client relationship management, and sales to drive business growth and revenue expansion. As a Business Development Manager at Assystem, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building high-level relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market strategy to position Assystem as a top player in the Polish market, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive revenue expansion and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental bodies, regulatory authorities, and energy companies, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets, while ensuring alignment with Assystem's strategic objectives and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management roles, preferably within the Energy sector.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, is essential for this position.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Substantial experience in client relationship management and negotiation, particularly in complex or regulated industries.
