Job Title: Head of Employee Services, EMEA

At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employee Services team in the EMEA region. As Head of Employee Services, EMEA, you will be responsible for managing a team of 100+ FTEs and ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient Employee Services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global Employee Services strategy, policies, and operating model to ensure successful set-up of ES teams in the region.
  • Monitor ES performance across delivered services, including local delivery, and drive continuous improvement and innovation mindset within the organization.
  • Partner with HR and business leadership at market, European, and global levels to ensure end-to-end process and strategy consistency.
  • Contribute to global ES solutions and data-related projects and take a regional leadership in global HR digitalization roadmap.
  • Liaise with EMEA HR Director to drive team capability development and ensure service delivery and optimal team make-up.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and transformation skills, with experience in managing large teams and driving business growth.
  • Service-oriented mindset and Employee Relationship management skills, with ability to cope with labor law and compliance topics.
  • Continuous improvement skills, with experience in project and team management, community animation, and business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR admin and payroll processes, relevant systems, and data models.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
