International Sales Manager for Isocyanates and Polyols

At BASF Polska Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Manager to join our team in Poland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of our isocyanate and polyol portfolio in Poland and Eastern Europe. This role requires excellent customer-facing skills, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding commercial and technical matters related to our product portfolio.
  • Develop business strategies aligned with our company's objectives and operative guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Promote new products within your area of responsibility and work towards increasing our market share.
  • Leverage CRM tools to gather valuable market insights, including trends, customers, and competitors.
Requirements
  • A university degree in economics, chemistry, or a technical science.
  • In-depth knowledge of PU technology and market dynamics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commodity sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A high level of willingness to travel within your designated sales region.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills.
  • A valid B-category driving license.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of approximately PLN 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
