Leasing and Customer Experience Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role in logistics real estate? We are seeking a talented Leasing Manager to join our team at Prologis. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for implementing leasing plans, policies, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and analyze new and renewal leases.
  • Prepare and execute marketing plans for existing projects.
  • Prepare leasing documentation, including leases, amendments, and final lease submission packages.
  • Interact with tenants and clients professionally.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with project management, property management, and finance teams.
  • Prepare and assist with monthly reporting.
  • Represent Prologis at social events, professional fairs, and conferences.
  • Provide education on sustainable development and its environmental and social aspects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks daily.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
