About the Role

Mars (New) is seeking a skilled Activation Portfolio Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for defining growth objectives, developing marketing plans, and ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define quantitative and qualitative objectives of growth per range in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Develop and deploy a marketing plan and activity calendar for markets regarding strategy, guidelines, and customer needs.
  • Lead new product launches by developing launch plans, briefing stakeholders, and coordinating logistics.
  • Evaluate promotional processes and prepare analyses of promo effectiveness.
  • Coordinate availability of promo products with logistics support.
  • Co-create promotion policy standards through active participation in cross-pillar Promo Governance project.
  • Play a central role in Portfolio Management Review (PMR).
  • Analyze actions implemented in the market to improve efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG/consumer products with a strong Sales and Marketing background.
  • Master's degree, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration or related.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a portfolio strategy.
  • Business acumen with a good understanding of sales cycles and broader business implications.
  • Excellent ability to develop and execute projects, ensure key stakeholders are well-informed, and outcomes are effectively evaluated.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, and experience in applying a wide range of analytics.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent communication in English, Polish would be a great benefit.
