We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Specialist with Italian fluency to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and reporting data related to the sale of goods in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performing revenue accounting by managing and processing collections and analyzing delinquent account balances.
- Processing customer credit, reviewing existing accounts, analyzing and approving new account applications.
- Managing process adjustments and deductions related to revenue accounting related to discounts, rebates, cash backs, and manual adjustments of revenues.
- Preparing chargeback invoices, including cashback process (rebate processing).
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal parties and customers.
