About the Role


We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Business Development Manager to join our AWS team in the CEE region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services among small and medium-sized businesses in the region.



Main Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand AWS adoption in the CEE market
  • Work closely with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and grow the territory
  • Manage multiple existing and new accounts concurrently and strategically
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals and targets
  • Build and drive relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through analyzing metrics data and evolving the business plan


About the Team


AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.



Requirements



  • Several years of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience
  • High level of understanding of Cloud Technology
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
  • Fluent in one of CEE languages (PL, RU, CZ/SK preferred) and English with strong written and verbal communication

  • In-depth knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in CEE
  • Engineering or computer science degree
  • Literacy in Salesforce
