Prime Video is a fast-paced, growth business available in over 240 countries and territories worldwide. We're looking for someone to support the marketing launches of our slate of upcoming Polish Originals.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our EXPANSION Marketing team. This role will be based in Warsaw with a moderate amount of travel to London as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute title-specific marketing planning from conception to launch
  • Partner with our Studios & Content teams to drive a compelling narrative throughout the campaign
  • Support with Talent relations & Production Company management
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, Insights, PR & Legal) to prioritize needs, brief requirements, and communicate plans
  • Anticipate and resolve blockers, provide escalation management, and meet delivery timelines
  • Support creative development and delivery of marketing assets across Amazon-owned platforms, ATL, and Social channels
  • Identify title-specific promotional collaborations and integration with external 3P Brands
  • Manage external agencies across Middle East, Turkey, and the UK
  • Author and present suggestions of title strategies to leadership and provide regular updates to internal and external audiences
  • Run post-campaign analysis and share learnings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in Polish
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in 360 marketing campaign execution across earned, owned, and paid media
  • Industry expertise
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 PLN per year
