We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Investment Manager to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.
Responsibilities:- Develop sales of ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors products through active customer acquisition and maintenance of existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and sales results to identify opportunities for growth and investment.
- Monitor competitors in the region to stay ahead of the market.
- Implement sales and margin plans to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial and technical consulting services to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of offers and reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts and participate in development projects.
- Contribute to company marketing activities and maintain a positive brand image.
- Secondary education or higher, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in project sales and strong organizational skills.
- Able to plan and organize work effectively.
- Focused on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- High level of customer service standards.
- Ability to manage a sales department and establish business contacts.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM systems.
- Driving license category B and knowledge of English.
- Employment contract with basic salary and quarterly bonus.
