As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, supervising the implementation and maintenance of our computing needs, and leading a team of support engineers.

With over 3000 employees across 7 sites, Conectys is a fast-growing BPO offering multilingual outsourcing services to customers in various industries. We're a collaborative team that works together to support each other and drive customer success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing IT Support Services with a focus on Incident and Service Request;
  • Reviewing daily priorities and taking action to meet/exceed KPIs;
  • Ensuring support team members follow standard operating procedures and best practices;
  • Analyzing, planning, and improving IT service availability in line with agreed SLAs;
  • Collaborating with business and application support teams;
  • Overseeing all aspects of support operations management, including hiring, training, and professional development of support engineers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent command of English and Polish;
  • 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Expert or similar role;
  • Managerial experience is a plus but not required;
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Antivirus solution, and Office 365;
  • Foundational knowledge of IT Networking;
  • Foundational knowledge and in-depth understanding of IT Service Management processes within an ITIL-derived framework is a plus but not required;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and a focus on customer/business satisfaction;
  • Excellent positive attitude.
