This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis, business process excellence, and renewals forecasting. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Renewals leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools and techniques to analyze business performance and identify trends and insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and implement changes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of revenue and other key business metrics.
  • Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related field.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM, Clari, and Anaplan.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
