Seeking Experienced Customer Success Manager for Key Role

Jitterbit is a growing leader in the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tech space, empowering businesses to accelerate their digital journeys and future-proof their operations.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer priorities
  2. Drive renewal strategies and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  4. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or partner success roles
  • Proven track record of driving renewal strategies and negotiations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
