We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer priorities
- Drive renewal strategies and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals
Key requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or partner success roles
- Proven track record of driving renewal strategies and negotiations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
