Job Description:

  • As an HR Service Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and valid information through various channels.

About You:

  • Relevant experience in customer service (1-3 years).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German (C1 level).
  • Ability to navigate complex HR processes and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
