Job Description

This position involves coordinating installations throughout Poland and ensuring that our service technicians are dispatched promptly to resolve any issues. You will also be responsible for finishing installations online, connecting our customers' stores with our TOMRA network, and providing first-line support to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and solving customer inquiries via phone or ticket system
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and fault rectification via remote support
  • Dispatching service technicians if problems cannot be resolved online
  • Identifying reported problems and providing first-line support
  • Creating and closing service orders
  • Administrative and operational activities
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical education with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT, or comparable
  • Strong communication skills and politeness
  • Excellent Polish and good English language skills
  • Solution orientation and good organizational skills
