Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Team Leader at RS Group plc, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing internal sales team, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate daily tasks of the team, ensuring seamless operations while delivering high-quality service.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding sales areas, developing customer bases, and maximizing active accounts.
- Take ownership of customer needs and resolve issues, creating lasting relationships through effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Work closely with sales management, field sales, and internal teams to assist with complex inquiries and drive sales growth.
