Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Team Leader at RS Group plc, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing internal sales team, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinate daily tasks of the team, ensuring seamless operations while delivering high-quality service.
  2. Drive revenue growth by expanding sales areas, developing customer bases, and maximizing active accounts.
  3. Take ownership of customer needs and resolve issues, creating lasting relationships through effective negotiation and influencing skills.
  4. Work closely with sales management, field sales, and internal teams to assist with complex inquiries and drive sales growth.
