We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Review Specialist to join our team in Slovenia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content.

About the Role

As a Digital Content Review Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. This includes monitoring and removing inappropriate or rule-violating content.

You will work closely with our legal and compliance teams to verify that published content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, especially in relation to Slovenian language and culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Review and Moderation: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and remove inappropriate or rule-violating content.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Guidelines: Verify that published content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, especially in relation to Slovenian language and culture.
  • Reporting Violations: Document and report violations of policies or regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Managing User Reports: Respond to user reports regarding potentially inappropriate content and resolve disputes.
  • Improving Moderation Processes: Identify areas for improvement in the content moderation process and suggest changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Close Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other moderators and operational teams to ensure consistency and high quality in content moderation.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Proficiency in Slovenian: Fluency in both written and spoken Slovenian to accurately evaluate content for linguistic and cultural compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously assess content, ensuring it meets company guidelines while managing large volumes of information.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where timely responses to user reports are critical.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with users and team members.
  • Emotional Resilience: Capacity to remain objective and emotionally stable, especially when handling sensitive or challenging content.

We offer a competitive salary range of 2,500 - 3,000 EUR per month, depending on experience, as well as:

  • Shorter Working Hours: Only 5 hours of work per day, with an additional 3 hours for personal time, training, and team integration.
