Job Overview:
The Payroll Coordinator is a key member of our HR Shared Services team, responsible for managing and processing payroll activities for countries within their scope. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurate monthly payroll processing and validation of results.
- Calculate statutory and occupational payments, including sickness, maternity, and paternity benefits.
- Collaborate with Social Security Institutions and Tax Offices.
- Maintain disability fund submissions and prepare reports for Statistical Offices.
- Assist in annual declarations and insurance confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to payroll inquiries and ensuring follow-up.
- Develop and report key performance indicators for payroll.
- Support local management and HR colleagues with payroll-related questions.
- Liaise with pension and insurance providers for operational issues.
- Review and process timesheets and work records.
- Manage leave records and overtime, benefits, and bonus data.
- Review actual payroll data.
- Contribute to HR budget control and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing Polish payroll.
- Functional knowledge of key HR competencies and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Intermediate level in Dutch, Italian, or English.
