This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to identify and resolve customer problems, delivering outstanding technical assistance. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will play a key role in enhancing our products and services.">Responsibilities:">
  • Providing technical support to clients via various communication channels;
  • Logging remotely to client's computer to help them solve software issues;
  • Documenting issues dealt with on a daily basis into our ticketing system;
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues;
  • Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Dutch and English languages;
  • Motivation for continuous learning and skill acquisition;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
