Sales and Partnership Specialist Wanted for Benelux Region

We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Benelux) to join our innovative team at Noda, driving growth and development in the region.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for achieving business objectives and revenue targets in the Benelux region by identifying and building strategic partnerships with online merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business goals and revenue targets in the Benelux region;
  • Launch at least 5 relevant clients per month;
  • Expand Noda's presence in the market;
  • Participate in industry conferences;
  • Report on sales results;
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling payments solutions (ideally within the Fintech and Open Banking space);
  • Relevant warm network of online merchants in the region (with proof examples);
  • A very strong can-do attitude and focus on delivering results;
  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience;
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent Dutch OR French language skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus).
