Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Field Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Field Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and quality problems in the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field engineering and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our sales teams to provide technical support and training on specific products and applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Validating local claim lists and collaborating with local staff to communicate with customers.
  • Providing technical explanations for possible root causes of problems and organizing benchmarking and product evaluation.
  • Making claim forecasts and statistical analysis, identifying critical areas and developing solutions in agreement with other functions.
  • Monitoring claim trends and related costs, identifying critical areas and developing solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a field engineering position or technical role in the tire or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including fluency in English (B2 level) and Polish.
  • Ability to identify problem root causes, propose solutions, and resolve conflicts positively.
  • Availability for frequent business trips abroad and a Master's degree in technical/scientific areas (or bachelor's degree in the same area).
