About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading consumer understanding and uncovering insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet consumer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Defining consumer profiles using personas, JTBD frameworks, journey maps, and other effective frameworks* Fostering consumer empathy across the organization through continuous engagement with consumers* Synthesizing diverse inputs and training the organization to translate abstract insights into concrete strategies and offerings* Communicating consumer needs, principles, and designs through artifacts, presentations, and prototypes* Creating internal training and development programs to empower the business to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in exploring and understanding consumers' experiences and unmet needs

Job Qualifications
* Academic Background: You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Quantitative Social Science, Quantitative Methods/Statistics, Human-Centered Design, or a similar field. A Ph.D. is considered a plus.* Proven Work Experience: 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in FMCG business, eCommerce, digital agency, analytics, or research companies* Profile: A passionate and curious researcher with strong observational and analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset* Ability to Deliver Insights: Providing well-founded, genuine insights and strategic recommendations aligned with defined business objectives* Methodologies: Experience with qualitative techniques such as ethnography, consumer journeys, online consumer panels, IDIs, JTBD, and metaphor elicitation, along with knowledge of quantitative research methods* Storytelling and Influence: Crafting compelling narratives that explain discoveries and effectively turn recommendations into reality* Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills* Leadership Mentality: The vision to improve, set direction, and inspire others to achieve those goals* Values Simplicity and Prioritization: Understanding the importance of simplicity and setting priorities* Entrepreneurial Mindset and Digital Savviness: Charting your own course to get the job done while being technically adept in the digital landscape* Language: Fluent English proficiency is required* Location: Positions are available in Budapest or Warsaw, with willingness to travel expected*
